Bank and partners: 300 guests
An interactive lecture replaced a conventional corporate party, bringing two professional groups together in one evening. The format was repeated three times at the audience's request.
Format:
- A corporate event for a bank and its key partners.
- A theatrical interactive lecture inspired by Paul Ekman's work.
Objectives:
- Bring two professional groups together quickly and ease the initial tension.
- Encourage conversation while respecting status and protocol.
What I did:
- Created mixed teams and designed how they would interact.
- Improvised around shared values: trust, openness and humour.
- Hosted the event so that conversation became lively and informal without descending into chaos.
Results:
- More open communication between employees and invited partners.
- The event was repeated three times for different departments of the bank.
